Your gender pay gap is telling you something. Let’s work out what.

I help UK agency leaders understand what is driving their gender pay gap, where everyday decisions are compounding it, and what practical steps to take next.

Hi, I’m Lynda

I’m a former agency MD and CIMA-qualified management accountant. I combine agency leadership experience, finance skills and gender equity training to help agency leaders understand their pay gap and make better decisions.

Gender pay gaps can point to issues that already cost your agency money: poor retention, uneven progression, weak leadership pipelines, unclear pay decisions, missed talent and employer-brand risk.

The gap is the indicator, and the value in my work is helping you understand what’s creating it.

Pay gaps are compounded, not caused by one moment

They build through recruitment, retention, recognition, reputation and reach: the everyday places where people either gain opportunity, visibility and progression, or quietly lose them.

Gender pay gap analysis

I’ll calculate your gender pay gap, explain what the numbers are showing, and help you understand what may be sitting behind them. You’ll come away with a clear, plain-English view of your current position and the practical questions your agency needs to explore next.

Power hour

A focused one-hour session for agency leaders who want to talk through a specific question, concern or decision. Use it to sense-check your gender pay gap position, discuss messaging, explore next steps, or get unstuck before turning the issue into a bigger project than it needs to be.

From Default to Designed

A programme for agency leaders who want to understand where pay gaps are being created and take practical action across recruitment, retention, recognition, reputation and reach. Each month focuses on one part to help you move steadily from good intentions to better-designed decisions.

Consultancy

Ongoing or project-based support for agencies that want help to meaningfully change. This might include reviewing policies, improving progression and reward decisions, shaping internal communications, or keeping leadership accountable.

Who is it for?

This is for UK agency founders and senior leaders, especially in agencies of around 10–50 people, who want practical action without performative DEI, corporate jargon or a huge internal project.
